    reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 60 days of receiving

    your order. This ensures that you have enough time to try on your shapewear and make

    sure it meets your expectations.


    2. Eligibility for Returns:

    At My Vexie, your comfort and hygiene are our top priorities. To maintain the best quality and hygiene standards for our products, we kindly ask that you try on our shapewear over your underwear when checking the fit. This helps keep the items in perfect condition and ensures we maintain the highest hygiene standards.

    Please note that for a return to be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

    - Items must be unworn, ensuring they remain in their original, impeccable

    condition.

    - Shapewear must be unwashed.

    - Returns must include the original packaging with all tags attached.


    3. Easy Return Process:

    Returning items to Vexie is easy. Follow these simple steps:

    a. Contact Customer Support:

    -- Reach out to our customer support team via email or chat box within 60 days of

    receiving your order.

    -- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

    b. Receive Return Authorization:

    -- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return

    Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your

    item(s). Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

    c. Pack and Ship:

    -- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all tags.

    -- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

    -- Ship the package using our pre-paid return label for a hassle-free return

    experience.


    4. Free Return Shipment:

    -- To make the return process as convenient as possible for you, My Vexie offers free

    return shipping within the 60-day window. Simply use the provided pre-paid return

    label, and drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.


    5. Refund or Exchange:

    -- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund or

    exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and

    exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.
